The Graduate School of Engineering Science strives to cultivate doctors who can take the reins of original technological development thanks to their extensive and adaptable knowledge, creativity, and international mindset.
True to this purpose, our school is open to society and the world; in addition to the admission of Japanese and international students, special screenings are put in place for engineers, researchers, and other professionals with adequate expertise and academic achievements to advance to our doctoral programs so that they can pursue even more advanced research and earn doctoral degrees. Also, education is provided in accordance with special exceptions stipulated in the Standards for Establishment of Graduate Schools to facilitate studies by professionals.
